About BRIDGES Technology Group

We build the software infrastructure that makes data-driven programs possible.

Founded in Liberia, building for institutions across Africa and beyond.

Our mission

Improve data-driven decision-making for organizations serving the public good.

Too many programs that matter — health surveys, humanitarian interventions, government monitoring — run on spreadsheets stitched together by overworked M&E officers. The reporting takes longer than the work itself.

Reportiva exists to change that. We believe that when organizations can see their data clearly and report on it honestly, they make better decisions, earn more trust from funders, and serve their communities better.

01

Data belongs to the people who collect it.

Organizations we work with are accountable to communities, funders, and governments. Their data is never ours to monetize, share, or hold hostage.

02

Built for the field, not the office.

Our users work in districts with no connectivity, across languages, under resource constraints most enterprise software ignores. We design for them first.

03

Institutions need institutional-grade tools.

A government M&E department or an international NGO deserves the same quality of software that a Fortune 500 company gets — without the enterprise price tag or the 18-month procurement process.

04

Good data drives better decisions.

We believe the quality of a program's data directly determines the quality of its outcomes. Our job is to make good data the default, not the exception.

Our story

From a spreadsheet problem to a platform.

2023

The problem becomes personal.

Working with NGOs and government agencies across West Africa, our team watched program officers spend weeks each month manually collating paper forms into spreadsheets — and still produce reports full of errors. The tools existed for enterprise companies. Nothing was built for the field.

2024

BRIDGES Technology Group is founded.

We set out to build the institutional software infrastructure that organizations across Africa deserve — modern, secure, and designed around how these teams actually work.

2024

First version of Reportiva deployed.

A small NGO in Liberia became our first partner. We built offline-first collection, multi-tenant workspaces, and basic dashboards. The M&E lead told us it cut her monthly reporting time from two weeks to two days.

2025

Government and research adoption begins.

Reportiva expanded to serve government M&E departments and research organizations, adding cross-tabulation reporting, role-based permissions, and institutional-grade data controls.

2026

Platform relaunch and full product suite.

We rebuilt the platform from the ground up — multi-tenant SuperAdmin architecture, automated PDF report generation, and the mobile-first field collection app. Reportiva Cloud is now a production-ready platform built for scale.

The team

Built by people who've worked in the field.

Our team combines software engineering depth with direct experience in M&E, humanitarian programs, and institutional operations across West Africa.
