Full-Stack Engineer
Help build and scale the Reportiva platform — backend (.NET 9, PostgreSQL), frontend (React/Next.js), and mobile (React Native). Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture is a strong plus.
M&E / Product Specialist
You understand monitoring & evaluation deeply — indicator frameworks, logframes, data collection workflows. You'll help shape Reportiva's product roadmap and work directly with NGO and government clients.
Product Designer
Design intuitive experiences for M&E officers, field enumerators, and program directors — across web and mobile. Strong systems thinking and a portfolio of data-heavy or enterprise UI is what we're looking for.
