Terms of Service

Reportiva is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for data collection, monitoring and evaluation, analytics, and reporting. Access is provided via subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Each organization subscription creates an isolated workspace — you are responsible for managing user access within your organization.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts found to be fraudulent or misrepresented may be suspended without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect data without appropriate consent from respondents
• Collect or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Attempt to access other organizations' data or systems
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or conduct unauthorized security testing
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You own your data. All program data you collect through Reportiva belongs to your organization. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data and will not use it for any purpose outside of providing the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 90 days for export. After that period, it is permanently deleted. We will provide notice before deletion and assist with export on request.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
